This document is a distribution agreement between the Proprietor of Street Bouts (later The Publication) and the Agency (later WEPENER JOHANNESburg, South Africa) dated 1 February 1982. The agreement establishes exclusive rights for the publication to be sold in Botswana, Bophuthatswana, Swaziland, and parts of Venda and Lesotho at a basic cover price of R2,65 per copy (non-refundable). The Agency will be guaranteed a minimum of 10,000 copies per month at a rate of R10,600 per sale, with future increases subject to change in cover price or other terms. It establishes a distribution network and payment schedule for the Publication, sharing costs equally with other delivery services available.
